He said that Mr. Abarr should not receive a letter for <br /> payment of easement as he is no longer owner. <br /> William Streede, 2090 Parliament, abutting property owner, spoke e <br /> against opening easement to the public. <br /> Public hearing was closed. <br /> Mayor Keller asked Manager to explain the cost to the property owners <br /> as opposed to the cost to the City. Manager said that it is an <br /> expensive project and, if the bill is passed, the payment for fencing <br /> must be considered in addition to the paving.
