HB 3333 would prohibit regulation of <br /> cable by any local and state governmental authority. <br /> Mr. Delay moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, that a letter be mailed <br /> which would include recommendations for amendment to HB 3333, <br /> Section 321, as requested. Roll call vote. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> VI. PERMIT FEES RESOLUTION FOR UNDERGROUND TANKS, BLASTING, AND HAZARDOUS <br /> MATERIALS PERMITS (Memo distributed) <br /> Res. No. 3171--Increasing fees for underground tank permits, blasting <br /> permits, and hazardous materials permits; and superseding <br /> prior resolutions and administrative orders concerning fees <br /> for those permits, was read by number and title. <br /> Mr. Delay moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, to adopt the resolution. <br /> Roll call vote. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> VI I.
