Levying Assessments <br /> The following council bills, read the first time June 11, 1979, and <br /> referred to the Hearings Panel for hearing June 18, 1979, are brought <br /> back for Council consideration, with Panel recommendations to levy <br /> assessments as proposed: <br /> CB 1905--Levying assessments for sanitary sewer on Willakenzie Road from <br /> Cal Young Road to 529 feet north (1603) (78-32), was read by <br /> council bill number and title only, there being no Councilor <br /> present requesting it be read in full. <br /> Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, that the bill be approved <br /> and given final passage. Roll call vote.
