Supplemental Budget (memo and ordinance distributed)--Mr. Allen <br />stated that this is a supplemental budget and it has had one public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Public hearing was opened. <br /> <br />There being no testimony, public hearing was closed. <br /> <br />CB 2105--An ordinance adopting a supplemental budget; making appro- <br />priations for the City of Eugene for the fiscal year beginning <br />July 1, 1979, and ending June 30, 1980; and declaring an <br />emergency <br /> <br />Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Lieuallen, that the bill be read <br />the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous <br />consent of the council, and that enactment be considered at this <br />time. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously, with Mr. Obie <br />out of the chamber. The bill was read the second time by council <br />bill number only. <br /> <br />Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Lieuallen, that the bill be <br />approved and given final passage. Roll call vote; all councilors <br />present voted aye, with Mr. Obie out of the chamber, and the bill <br />was declared passed and numbered 18608. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />B. New Liquor License Outlet: Pietro's Gold Cost Pizza Parlour (Retail <br />Malt Beverage); Located 3540 West 11th; applicant: Pietro.s Corporation-- <br />Mr. Allen stated this is a new outlet and everything is in order and <br />approval is recommended. <br /> <br />Public hearing was opened. <br />There being no testimony, public hearing was closed. <br /> <br />Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Lieuallen, to forward to OLCC <br />with recommendation for approval, subject to conditions, if any. <br />Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously, with Mr. Obie out of <br />the chamber. <br /> <br />V. ORDINANCE FOR SECOND READING <br /> <br />A. Easement Vacation for Abarr, Hanamura, Spear, and Streede (EV 79-1)-- <br />Mr. Allen stated the required fees had been collected and final <br />approval is recommended. <br /> <br />CB 1913--An ordinance authorizing easement vacation located between <br />Parliament Street and Cornell Way <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />3/26/80--5 <br />
