Mr. Byrne responded that the hearings official will <br />review the background information. <br /> <br />Res. No. 3330--A resolution forwarding recommendation to the Boundary <br />Commission for annexation of property located south and <br />west of Warren Street to the City of Eugene and the Lane <br />County Metropolitan Wastewater Service District. <br /> <br />Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Lieuallen, that findings <br />supporting the annexation as set forth in Planning Commission <br />staff notes and minutes of February 18, 1980, be adopted by <br />reference thereto; and that the resolution be adopted. <br /> <br />Mr. Lieuallen asked about School District 4-J's position, since <br />the 1990 Plan states that school districts need to be more <br />involved in the planning process. He wanted to know when they <br />might begin getting with the school district. <br /> <br />Mr. Byrne stated that the school board would be setting priorities <br />by the end of June. They are in a period of study and are making <br />policy decisions.
