REVIEW OF RIVER ROAD TABLOID (memo and additional information distributed) <br /> e Mr. Henry stated that this tabloid had been prepared to provide information <br /> on cost and service details relating to annexation if it would occur in <br /> the future. He introduced Pat Decker, Planning, to provide background <br /> information. <br /> Ms. Decker stated that this informational tabloid was prepared in response <br /> to a request from Lane County in order to provide information on services <br /> and costs associated with annexation. A survey conducted by the River <br /> Road/Santa Clara Task Force indicated that over 62 percent of the River <br /> Road residents expressed a desire for further information and stated <br /> they could not make a judgment on annexation without additional informa- <br /> tion. This draft has been reviewed by the Planning Commission, Citizen <br /> Involvement Committee, and other City departments, which has resulted in <br /> numerous revisions and corrections. <br /> Major Corrections/Revisions <br /> 1.
