Easement Vacation for Campbell/Abbott/Everett (EV 81-2) CB 2297--An ordinance calling a public hearing for June 24, 1981; re: easement vacation for Campbell/Abbott/Everett for property located east of Ingalls Way, south of Tiara Street. Ms. Smith moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the council, and that enactment be considered at this time. Finance Ordinance/Resolutions e Mr. Gleason explained that this item included an ordinance and four resolutions. The ordinance is a perfunctory ordinance indicating to the State that the City wishes to receive Revenue Sharing Funds. Resolution 3514 would provide cash to support the emergency ambulance plan previously adopted by the council. Resolu- tion 3515 recognizes adjustments made within each City department by transferring funds from capital to operating categories or vice versa. Mr. Gleason said that this was basically a housekeeping measure. Resolution 3516 would primarily allow for payment of interest on the Overpark Structure. He noted that the Overpark contract had been renegotiated and should be easier to deal with next year. Resolution 3517 authorizes adjustments for revenue forecasts to reflect actual, as opposed to projected, revenues. Mr. Gleason said that staff was present to answer questions on any of the items, and that staff recommended passage of all five items. Ms. Smith asked if the loan from the Sewer Fund to the Medical Emergency Services Fund would be repaid. Mr. Gleason responded that the loan would be repaid with interest. CB 2298--An ordinance electing to receive State Revenue Sharing funds distributed through the Oregon Liquor Control Commission account for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1982.
