Street Vacation for Todd Skelton, Located Between City View and <br /> McKinley Streets, North of 20th Avenue (SV 81-2) (map, background <br /> information distributed) <br /> Public hearing was opened; there being no testimony, public hearing was closed. e <br /> CB 2395--An ordinance authorizing vacation of a 17-foot-wide <br /> street which extends from City View Street west approxi- <br /> mately 180 feet to the terminus of West 19th Place. <br /> Ms. Miller moved, seconded by Mr. Obie, that the bill be read the <br /> second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of <br /> the council, and that enactment be considered at this time. Roll <br /> call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> Council Bill 2395 was read the second time by council bill number only. <br /> Ms. Miller moved, seconded by Mr. Obie, that the bill be approved <br /> and given final passage. Roll call vote; all councilors present <br /> voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 18894. <br />D. New Liquor License Outlets <br /> 1. Oregon Sampler (package store) located at 160 East Broadway; <br /> applicants: Rodney, Marie, and Wenzel Evans. <br /> Public hearing was opened; there being no testimony, public hearing was closed. <br /> Ms. Miller moved, seconded by Mr. Obie, to forward to OLCC with e <br /> recommendation for approval, subject to considerations, if any. <br /> Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> 2. Dejola's Restaurant and Saloon (Dispenser Class A) located at <br /> 296 East 5th Avenue; applicant: Dejola's Restaurants, Inc., <br /> Lon Denison and others. <br /> Public hearing was opened; there being no testimony, public hearing was closed. <br /> Councilor Obie indicated he would abstain from voting on this item since he is <br /> an owner in the 5th Street Market facility. <br /> Ms. Miller moved, seconded by Mr. Obie, to forward to OLCC with <br /> recommendation for approval, subject to considerations, if any. <br /> Roll call vote; motion carried 5:0 with Councilor Obie abstaining. <br /> 3.
