She opposed annexation, questioned groundwater report findings, and opposed regional sanitary sewers for the Ri vel Road-Santa Clara areas. She requested removal of languagE from Plan requiring annexation. 22. She suggestei leaving the area as low density residential or agricultural a! proposed for the South 28th Street site, if possible. 23. She agreed with need for buffer zone arounl henronry rookery as proposed by staff ; but questioned size oj buffer.
