The commercial zone siting requirements at EC 9.2150 only affect properties proposed for <br />C-I or C-4 zoning. 'There are no siting requirements in the Eugene Code for the Nodal <br />Development/ND overlay zone. <br /> <br />(5) In cases where the NR zone is applied based on EC 9.25] 0(3), the property owner <br />shall enter into a contractual arrangement with the city tq ensure the area is <br />maintained as a natural resource areafor a minimum of 50 years. <br /> <br />The above criterion is not applicable, as the proposed zone change does not include application of the <br />NR zone. <br /> <br /> <br />
