Includes topic-specific Project Manager/City <br />Report evaluation such as policy analysis and land team members <br />supply review. <br />PHASE 3 DELIVERABLES <br />Draft land use code changes will address the <br />issues and preferred alternatives generated <br />during Phase 1 and 2. Proposed changes will <br />be drafted and analyzed for effectiveness and <br />potential impacts, then brought back to the Project Manager/City <br />Draft Land Use Code <br />key stakeholders for final consultation to team <br />Changes <br />ensure consistency with the preferred members/Consultant <br />concepts. Planning Commission feedback will <br />be sought, and the end result will be vetted <br />and ready for City Council action to proceed <br />to formal adoption. <br />PHASE 4 DELIVERABLES <br />Draft ordinance will include all formal land <br />use code amendments to relevant provisions; <br />findings will demonstrate compliance with <br />applicable Statewide Planning Goals and <br />related approval criteria for proposed land <br />Project Manager/ City <br />Proposed Ordinance use code amendments; and required public <br />team members <br />notices, outreach materials, agenda item <br />summaries, and presentation tools will <br />facilitate the recommendation and final <br />decision-making at Planning Commission & <br />City Council. <br /> <br />Page 8 | 16 <br />Draft Project Charter <br /> <br />
