Similar to arterial streets, reconstruction and overlay treatment needs have decreased since 2008 <br />as a result of completed and upcoming projects. Analysis indicates a stable collector system with <br />reconstruct treatments eliminated and anincrease in overlays. As with the arterial system, once <br />the bond ends in 2023 it is projected that streets which have previously been treated will begin to <br />show deterioration. <br />17 <br /> <br />
