R-3.345 -C STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL PUBLIC PASSENGER VE111CLE COMPANIES AND ALL TRANSPORTATION NETWOlUe, COMPANIES. 1. General Requirements. (a) Non -Discrimination. All vehicle -for -hire companies shall prohibit drivers and employees from engaging in discrimination, on the basis of a person's race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, sex, marital status, gender identity, age, citizenship status, or any other characteristic protected under applicable local, state, or federal law.
