<br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br /> <br />1. The Campus District is hereby created bounded by Ferry Street on the west, 24th <br />A venue on the south, Broadway Avenue to Franklin Boulevard to Millrace Drive to Garden Avenue <br />on the north, and Fairmount to Columbia Street on the east, as shown on the parking system map <br />attached as Exhibit A. The Campus District shall include parking on both sides of the streets, <br />including off-street parking lots, which make up the boundary streets of the district. <br /> <br />2. Any person aggrieved by this administrative action may appeal this decision by filing <br />a written notice of appeal with the City Manager as provided in Section 5.045 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, within 30 days of the date this Order is adopted. The notice of appeal shall be accompanied by <br />the appeal fee established by the City Manager pursuant to Section 2.020 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> <br />3. Notice of the adoption of this Administrative Order creating the Campus District, <br />which is attached as Exhibit B, shall be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, posted at two <br />locations at City Hall, and be made available for inspection by interested persons at the office of the <br />City Manager, City Hall, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401 during normal business hours. <br /> <br />Dated this Zota day of Au &.
