I think Dennis walks a tightrope between Council direction and the knowledge of what <br />He thinks is best for the organization. This is sometimes the same goal. <br />Executive Team has been very responsive to Council priorities and Council direction. <br />I personally appreciate the speed of which the Council priorities are being addressed. <br />Organizationally speaking: I am very please to at the level of professionalism that is evident <br />in all levels and departments. I think that as we address our organizational goals we have <br />many things to be proud of. But, we need to be vigilant about 2 of our goals.
