The Council current should always be tested so that no staff proposal is <br />turned down 8-0! <br /> <br />I am very disappointed that we are not further along on the only goal the Council had in 2004. <br />While many forces not in control of the City organization play on the goal, we could be closing <br />more especially in the area of P.R. <br /> <br />The ORI project has not met council directives, objectives and deadlines. <br /> <br /> <br />
