Dennis not only encourages partnerships between elected officials and the <br />Executive Team, but encourages real and honest dialogue. He also encourages CC to spend time <br />with all city staff when possible. <br /> <br />1. I think this has done well during the meetings with new Councilors and Mayor, but has not <br />continued~ <br /> <br />2. On the positive side, the Manager has actiVely solicited my feelings about major <br />issues/initiatives in our one-on-one meetings. On the negative side, See my comments (2) and (3) <br />in the previous section. <br /> <br /> 2. More consulting would be valuable before significant changes like Planning Director' are <br /> made. <br /> <br /> 2.
