All my comments from last <br />year still stand. A few additional specifics from this year: <br />(1) Routinely, I hear nothing about most of the items I raise in my 1-on-1 meetings unless I bring <br />them up again in a 2na and even 3ra monthly meeting. <br />1. We always have a range and recommendations <br />1. He provides a range, but only develops and supports the staff recommendation. <br />2. The Manager announced the ICMA/PERF review contract as a done deal and then went to <br />Council to ask for the $100K+ to do it. This was backward and marginalizing.
