Fair, Stable and Adequate Financial Resources

Comments including examples of past performance to support your appraisal

Re #2 and #3: Again this year, there have be'eh too many cases in which Council intent and
direction has seemingly been ignored or at least half-forgotten in between the Council meeting
and the ultimate implementation or follow-up. As one small example (among many) that comes
to mind: After a work session regarding the emergency plan that had clear council direction, the
follow-on AIS came out with no implementation or even acknowledgement of most of the
previous direction. It took a follow-up email from me reiterating what had already been said at
Council to get the changes done. I shouldn't need to have to bird-dog so much.
