Has the Manager appropriately guided the Public <br /> Works Department to be effective and meet <br /> community needs? <br />Comments including examples of past performance to support your appraisal <br />#2: Communication/clarity regarding Fire/EMS vision and long-term plans is much better than <br />previous year. <br /> <br />#3: I don't feel comfortable rating HR this year because of issues raised in ICMA/PERF, and <br />issues around the departed diversity manager. <br /> <br />#5: I am looking forward to positive changes in PDD with the new acting director and ultimately <br />the new permanent director (whether that's the same person or a different one). <br /> <br />#7: I'm very impressed by the ongoing operations in Public Works. My reason for the lower <br />rating is an ongoing problem of positive community/neighborhood relations around proposed <br />projects, especially street projects. <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
