Spring Boulevard is designated as a Local <br />Access Roadand is within City of Eugene jurisdiction. <br />Solid Waste: <br />Collectionservice is provided by private Ðrms. Regional disposal sitesand the Short <br />Mountain LandÐll are operated by Lane County. <br />Waterand Electric: <br />Lane Electric Co-Op serves this area forelectricity and has an existing vault atthe <br />Southwestcorneroftheproperty.
