Carol Scherer – spoke in support of aggressive implementation of the Climate Action Plan.6.Debra McGee – spoke in support of aggressive implementation of the Climate Action Plan.7.Betzi Hitz – spoke in support of aggressive implementation of the Climate Action Plan.8.Kris McAllister – supported collaborative homeless strategies and efforts.9.Otis Hachemeyer – opposed MUPTE granted for Obie development.10.Zondie Zinke – opposed MUPTE for Obie development; supported self-management of rest stop.11.Angelina – supported homelessness efforts.12.E.
