Where will these mixed-use centersWhat types of mixed use centers <br />be located? are there? <br /> <br />Thirty-eight separate areas within Eugene's UGB The intensity of activity and scale of development will <br />have been identified as potential mixed-use development vary from area to area in order to enhance the primary <br />centers. They are distributed throughout the UGB; 33 .function of that area and maintain the character that <br />of the 38 are within the current city limits while 5 lie already exists. In order to clarify function, mixed- <br /> use centers will be classified as primarily either <br />outside the city limits but within the UGB - the area <br />planned for future city expansion. The strategy will be neighborhood, commercial, or employment. Each center <br />applied selectively on partially developed sites, sites will evolve as community and market forces dictate, <br />with redevelopment or infill potential, and in new growth and all will support some combination of the three uses, <br />areas, although some employment centers may not contain <br /> housing.
