COUNCIL OPTIONS <br />Staff is seeking clear City Council direction on the consistency of the Mixed Use (Nodal) Development <br />Program with adopted City policy. If no clear direction is given, staff will continue to implement the <br />program as provided in the Mixed Use Development Implementation Two-Year Work Program. <br /> <br /> The council may: <br />1. Confirm that the general direction of the program is consistent with adopted Growth Management <br /> Policies. <br />2. Direct staff and the Planning Commission to make specific changes to the program to insure <br /> conformance with adopted Growth Management Policies. <br /> <br /> CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION <br /> The City Manager recommends that the council confirm that the general direction of the program is <br /> consistent with adopted Growth Management Policies. <br /> <br /> SUGGESTED MOTION <br />Move to confirm that the general direction of the Mixed Use (Nodal) Development Program is <br />consistent with adopted Growth Management Policies. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />A.
