Conclusion <br /> <br />It is because we are so committed to the concept of nodal development that we want to see nodal <br />development implemented in a way achieves the results that were intended in TransPlan and the <br />Growth Management study. Although we continue to believe that detailed planning for each <br />node is the real solution to the issues and concems we have heard to date, the amendments to the <br />/ND overlay zone suggested above would make the overlay zone workable as an interim measure <br />in the short-run.
