City-wide parks and recreation programs: Park services are already provided to this <br />area, consistent with the Metro Plan. The subject property is not currently located within an <br />established park district. According to Lane County's GIS maps, there are two parks within one <br />mile of the subject property: Marche/Chase Park and Alton Baker Park. <br />Electric Service: The adjacent properties are served by EWES, and service is available <br />at the property boundaries. <br />Land Use Controls: The subject property is now, and after annexation will continue to <br />be, subject to the land use controls of the City of Eugene. <br />Communication Facilities: Land line phone service, cellular phone and data service, <br />and cable television are available in the area, and can be extended to the subject property. <br />Public schools on a district -wide basis: The Eugene 4J School District serves the <br />annexation area. Existing schools are: Holt Elementary, Monroe Middle, and Sheldon High <br />Schools <br />
