<br />February 19, 2019, Work Session – Item 2 <br /> <br />Director to negotiate for additional greenspace and, if more green space is possible, return to Agency Board with revised terms. <br /> Initiated the process for the Planning Commission and City Council to consider land use code and plan amendments to enable the development of the downtown riverfront consistent with the concept plan presented by WDA. <br /> Initiated consideration of a proposed local improvement district for the downtown riverfront development site consistent with the concept plan presented by WDA and directed the City Manager to return to City Council with the report described in section 7.160(6) of the Eugene Code, so that the council can determine whether to proceed with the local improvement district. <br /> Pursuant to section 2.1425(1) of the Eugene Code, authorized the City Manager to negotiate and execute a contract with WDA for the management of the downtown riverfront redevelopment site infrastructure project, including related items such as the submission of the subdivision application. July 23, 2018, Work Session <br /> Authorized the Agency Director to sell lot 10A to WDA to build (solely or in partnership with another entity) no fewer than 75 units of affordable housing. The units shall be affordable to households at or below 60 percent of the area median income. October 22, 2018, Work Session <br /> Directed the Agency Director to explore options on expanding the number of affordable housing units and possible public parking and bring back design options on anticipated costs and proposed public investment. <br />AGENCY BOARD OPTIONS No action required at this time <br />AGENCY DIRECTOR’S RECOMMENDATION None. <br /> <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION None. <br />ATTACHMENTS A.
