In October <br />2000 BLM accepted formal cooperator status and has submitted comments on the August 1997 <br />Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement. <br /> <br />Additional findings demonstrating compliance of the West Eugene Parkway Modified Project <br />alignment with Goal 5 are set for in Exhibit "C4" provided by the Oregon Department of <br />Transportation, attached and incorporated hereN by this reference: West Eugene Parkway <br /> Project-- Consistency w~th the Storewide Planning Goals and Transportation Pl~ng <br />Rule, prepared for ODOT by Mark J.
