EC 9.9700 13(f) Transportation Element criterion is <br />not applicable. <br />(g) To the greatest extent possible, the City shall encourage regional and intercity traffic to use <br />major rather than minor arterials. EC 9.9700 13(g) Transportation Element criterion is <br />not applicable. <br />(h) The City shall work with developers and the State of Oregon to ensure that noise attenuation is <br />provided for existing and proposed residential developments along State highways when improvements are <br />made to those roads. (Policy 8) <br />There is no development proposed with this application except for the annexation of Tax Lot 03000 and Tax Lot <br />02900. The site is not located adjacent to a State highway. EC 9.9700 13(h) Transportation Element criterion is not <br />applicable. <br />(i) The City shall require new residential developments occurring along State highways and <br />streets identified as Traffic Noise Control Corridors to use appropriate siting and design <br />techniques to bring the development into compliance with State and Federal noise <br />standards. vegetation, or setbacks.
