EC 9.9700 13(k) Transportation Element criterion is <br />not applicable. <br />(l) Sidewalks shall not be installed on local streets within existing developed residential areas <br />unless a majority of property owners are supportive or unless traffic conditions materially change to create a <br />safety problem. (Policy 14) <br />There is no development proposed with this application except for the annexation of Tax Lot 03000 and Tax Lot <br />02900. Any future development would comply with this criterion. EC 9.9700 13(l) Transportation Element criterion is <br />not applicable. <br />(m) The City shall provide for the creation of a network of bicycle and pedestrian amenities to <br />encourage bicycling and walking, reduce reliance on the automobile, and alleviate or delay congestion and <br />other traffic problems. (Policy 19) <br />There is no development proposed with this application except for the annexation of Tax Lot 03000 and Tax Lot <br />02900. Any future development would comply with this criterion. EC 9.9700 13(m) Transportation Element criterion is <br />not applicable. <br />(14) Public Facilities and Services Element - Natural Drainage. <br />(a) Encourage development practices that reduce the need for construction of an extensive <br />subsurface storm sewer system. (Policy 1) <br />There is no development proposed with this application except for the annexation of Tax Lot 03000 and Tax Lot <br />02900. Any future development would comply with this criterion. EC 9.9700 14(a) Public Facilities and Services <br />Element, Natural Drainage criterion is not applicable. <br />(b) Encourage growth and development patterns that are compatible with natural features and <br />discourage the alteration of natural features. Relocation of natural drainage features may be considered as <br />an alternative to replacement with a closed pipe system. (Policy 2) <br />There is no development proposed with this application except for the annexation of Tax Lot 03000 and Tax Lot <br />02900. Any future development would comply with this criterion. EC 9.9700 14(b) Public Facilities and Services <br />Element, Natural Drainage criterion is not applicable. <br />(c) Encourage measures that will improve the quality of storm-water runoff discharged into local <br />waterways. (Policy 3) <br />There is no development proposed with this application except for the annexation of Tax Lot 03000 and Tax Lot <br />02900. Any future development would comply with this criterion. EC 9.9700 14(c) Public Facilities and Services <br />Element, Natural Drainage criterion is not applicable. <br />(15) Public Facilities and Services Element - Water and Electric Services. The City shall work with <br />EWEB to continue support for placing utility lines underground. (Policy 2) <br />There is no development proposed with this application except for the annexation of Tax Lot 03000 and Tax Lot <br />02900. Any future development would comply with this criterion. EC 9.9700 15. Public Facilities and Services <br />Element, Water and Electric Services criterion is not applicable. <br />(16) Neighborhood Design Element - Neighborhood Gateways. <br />(a) Encourage the development of symbolic ‘gateways’ to the Willakenzie area through the <br />effective use of landscape materials in areas indicated on the Neighborhood Gateways map. (Policy 1) <br />There is no development proposed with this application except for the annexation of Tax Lot 03000 and Tax Lot <br />02900. Any future development would comply with this criterion.
