Transportation: Sunnyside Drive connects directly to River Road to the <br />east. <br />Solid Waste Management: Private firms and individuals collect and <br />transport solid waste to the Lane County administered landfill. Therefore, <br />the subject property is currently served with this key urban facility. <br />Water Service: Water is available from the 4" water main located in <br />Sunnyside Drive right-of-way. <br />Fire and emergency medical services: According to RLID, fire protection <br />is currently provided by the Santa Clara RFPD. Upon annexation, the City <br />of Eugene will provide services directly to the property.
