<br /> Person with a disability. A person with a physical or mental impairment
<br />that substantially limits one or more major life activities, has a record of such an
<br />impairment or is regarded as having such an impairment. As used herein, "major
<br />lifb activity" includes, but is not limited to self-care, ambulation, communication,
<br />transportation, education, socialization, employment and ability to acqmre~ rent or

<br />whether in the nature of goods~ services, lodgings, amusements, or otherwise.
<br /> Sexual orientation. Actual or perceived heterosexuality, homosexuality, or
<br />bisexuality.
<br /> Sourc~ 0f income. The means by which a person supports his or her self
<br />and the person's dependents, including but not limited to money and property
<br />from:
<br /> (a) Any occupation, profession, activity, conn~act, settlement or
<br /> agreement;
<br /> (b) Federal or state payments;
<br /> (c) Court-ordered payments;
<br /> (d) Gifts, bequests, annuities, lif~ insurance policies, and
<br />compensation for any illness or injury,
<br />but excluding any money or property derived in a manner made illegal by any' law,
<br />statute or ordinance.
