Maps 9.3105 and 9.3125(2)(a) 1., referenced in this Ordinance are attached hereto, <br />to be numerically incorporated in Chapter 9 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> <br /> _Sectio~n 7~ The Legi slative Findings set forth in the attached Exhibit A serve as support for <br />this ordinance, but are not adopted. <br /> <br /> Section 8_. The Eugene Zoning Map is amended to remove the ex~sting zones fkom the <br />properties identified on Exhibit B attached hereto and to replace those zones with the S-CN Chase <br />Node Special Area Zone. The Eugene Overlay Zone Map is amended to remove the/SR overlay <br />zone from 3 properties and to remove the/PD overlay zone from 2 properties as reflected on Exhibit <br /> <br /> ~ection 9~ The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the Cky Attorney, <br />is authorized to administratively co~ect any reference errors contained herein or in other provisions <br />of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the provisions added, amended or repealed herein, <br /> <br /> Section lO, If any section, subsectiom sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this Ordinance <br />is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such portion <br />shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the <br />validity of the remaining portions hereof. <br /> <br />Ordinance - 18 <br /> <br /> <br />
