The Portland office is led by Managing Director, Lara Cunningham and supported by <br />Senior Consultant, Heather Gantz and Associate Jeremy Parks. Additional resources ,^,ill come from <br />our Seattle headquarters that will as?ist the Portland office behind the scenes as necessary in the areas <br />of research and recruiting. Ed Rogan, Executive Search Practice Leader and Dick Cushing, Vice <br />Pre sident, Pu blic Sector from our Seattle office will serve as part of our in ternal peer review proce ss. <br /> <br />PORTLAND CONSULTING STAFF <br /> <br />Lara Cunningha.m, Managing Director <br />Lara is Managing Director of Waldron & Company's Oregon Practice and is responsible for the <br />branch's strategic direction', growth, business development activities, consulting services .design and <br />delivery, and day-to-day operations oversight. <br /> <br />Lara has over thirteen years experience as ,an executive search consultant, executive coach and <br />counselor and works with the Oregon practice's most senior executive clients and largest account <br />relationships. She consults with organizations in strategic human resourc~s and talent management <br />matters, in performance and change management, succession planning and leadership development. <br />Lara leads the Oregon practice in client leadership development and career management <br />engagements and provides selective senior executive coaching services both individually and <br />progralnmatically. Lara has led hundreds o.f successful executive searches for public sector agencies, <br />non-profit o~ganizations, foundations, research institutes, and private sector clients. <br /> <br />In preparation for her Oregon market leadership role, Lara held a number of increasingly responsible <br />positions \vithin Waldron & Company at its headquarters location. Imlnediately prior to taking over <br />the O.regon practice, she was company-vvide Practice Leader for career transition and career <br />management services. Over the past several years, Lara has been, and continues to be, a member of <br />\iValdron & Company's five-person Executive Team, reporting to the Company President. <br /> <br />Prior to joining Waldron & Company, Lara ,^'as the Human Resources Coordinator for Blue Cross of <br />Washington and Alaska where she concentrated on recruiting individuals in health care services and <br />in information technology; she developed and managed an internal on-call staffing resource. She <br />also helped create the company's first leadership training and development program. <br /> <br />Lara holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Business from Washington State University <br />and is active in her community through a number of volunteer and Board involvements. <br /> <br />Heather Gantz, Senior Consultant <br />A hunlan resource professional \vith over ten years of experience, Heather leads executive searches in <br />the public sector and consults with companies and individuals in the areas of career transition, <br />outplacement, and organizational development for the firm. <br /> <br />Heather has a strong background in staffing, recruiting, coaching and program managenlent. Prior to <br />joining Waldron & Company, Heather managed tV\!O large staff augmentation programs for Nike and <br />Freightliner; She has recruited individuals for information technology, finance and creative <br />divisions. <br /> <br />Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix. <br /> <br />." <br /> <br />6 <br />
