He holds a <br />Bachelor of Science Degree iD Business Management and Human Resource Management. Jeremy <br />has a background in customer service and merchandising. At his previous employer, he assisted in <br />developing a companywide Human Resource program. <br /> <br />SEATTLE RESEARCH AND RECRUITING STAFF <br /> <br />Willow Dresssel, Research Associate <br />Willow joined Waldron & Company in 2007 and provides research support for the team in the areas <br />of search, outplacement, and organizational development. Willow has over ten years of experience <br />office administration and finance. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Library and Information <br />Science from the University of Washington. While pursuing this degree she has gained experience in <br />organizing a small corporate library and providing public reference service. <br /> <br />David Lobdell, Junior Associate <br />David joined Waldron & Company in 2008 and provides support for the team in the areas of <br />executive search and outplacement services. <br /> <br />_David received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature from the University of Washington in 2006. <br />Prior to joining Waldron & Company, David was working as a freelance creative consultant for start- <br />up companies in a variety of industries as well as for an internationally recognized industrial and <br />environmental design firm. <br /> <br />Elly Bruer, Consultant <br />Elly joined Waldron & Company in 2005 .to primarily serve in a recruiting capacity for the firnl. She <br />brings lTIOre than ten years in customer relations and service and eight years in account management <br />and sales. EIIy's background also includes extens-ive coaching and training for clients and employees. <br /> <br />Prior to her position at the firm, she was at HouseVal~es.com, during a period of rapid grovvth in <br />\vhich she coached and consulted "vith clients on the use of the company's technology and services. <br />Before that, she ,-,vorked at AT&T Wireless, where she was in charge of training stores across the <br />nation on the use of ne"v technology products. <br /> <br />EIIy received a degree in Global Studies with a minor in Human Rights from- the University of <br />Washington. <br /> <br />SEATTLE PEER REVIEW <br /> <br />Ed Rogan, Executive Search Practice Leader <br />A human resources professional \\lith over ten years of experience) Ed leads the executive search <br />practices for the firm and specializes in working with our public sector clients. <br /> <br />PriQr to vValdron & Company, he worked for The Booth Research Group in Denver~ Colorado, <br />designing and conducting assessment centers and promotional tests. He also designed and <br />implemented perfornlance management systems. <br /> <br />Ed holds Bachelorts degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Houston, as \veII as <br />a lVlaster's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado at <br />Denver.
