We dedicate significant time and resources to researching, identifying, and developing lists of <br />individuals who either qualify for the position or can make high quality referrals for us to contact. We <br />begin this process by consulting with our clients to tap into their existing network of professionals or <br />partner agencies. We couple this with exclusive access to leading edge research technology, as well as our <br />well-developed network created from more than 25 years of successful recruiting. We only target specific, <br />competitive individuals who. are the right fit for your organization. <br /> <br />Our approach is heavily recruitment driven, and our success in bringing the best candidate pool forvvard <br />relies on our ability to directly solicit known, desirable candidates. However, we will employ strategic <br />local, regional, and national Internet and print-media postings to gain the most relevant visibility for our <br />recruitment. <br /> <br />Throughout the recruitment process, we will present you with a confidential report of candidates who have <br />applied throughout the recruitment process. We -will review this list with you to evaluate our effectiveness <br />and develop furth~r recruitment strategies. <br /> <br />We will also begin preliminary in-person and phone intervie~s with high-potential candidates. \iVe begin to <br />investigate candidates' backgrounds to uncover any issues with the candidates' employment histories and <br />may also ask that an application and supplemental questions be completed, all the while making every <br />effort to mai~tain candidate confidentiality. <br /> <br />.CLIENT PRESENTATION <br /> <br />We value your input in deciding on vvhich candidates \vill move on to the final interview process. Waldron <br />& Company will partner \vith you in a \\lork session to revie\\' the information from our intervievvs, our <br />application, and any vvritten materials submitted by our high potential candidates to identify your top <br />group of semi-finalists. <br /> <br />During this stage, vve ."vill work to identify any issues that \\le may \vant to further explore with the <br />candidates. We will then conduct in-depth personal intervie\vs vvith your choice of semi-finalists. <br /> <br />FINAL INTERVIEW PROCESS <br /> <br />After conducting in-depth interviews with semi-finalists, we will discuss our results with you and <br />collaborate to identify a group of final candidates. We vvork closely with you to design the final interview <br />process, crafting interview questions, and providing coaching and guidan.ce to the iriterview panel if and - <br />when needed. We will assist in making the necessary travel and scheduling arrangements as well as <br />prepare you to meet the candidates, facilitate intervievvs, conduct references, run criminal background <br />checks, and verify necessary credentials. <br /> <br />After final interviews have taken place~ \ve vvill revie\\' your feedback and consult with you to identify your <br />top candidate and facilitate a hiring decision. \iValdron & Company \vill also serve as your representative <br />in negotiating \vith your candidate of choice to the extent that you desire, and complete any necessary <br />follovv up background and reference checks on your selected candidate.
