associated with the City of Eugene completing the final candidate background
investigations.

6. Weare a proactive recruitment firm, and will actively seek caJ?didates in addition
to placing advertisements in professional journalsa There are a number of
potential sources for candidates - current police auditors, attorneys, and auditorsa
We recently completed City Auditor recruitments for the City of San Jose and are
engaged with the City of San Francisco, CA and have found candidates that have
been engaged in Police Department audits.
7 . We anticipate the biggest challenges being a fairly limited population of
individuals performing this type of work, and the newness of the position in the
City of Eugene. Recent contentious issues surrounding the Police Auditor could
also give potential candidates cause for concern. That being said, your current
Police Auditor, your first, has built a solid platform for which to build upon. We
would also be willing to offer an extended two year guarantee on our placement.
