and plumbing facilities, that is intended for human occupancy, that is being used ~%r <br />residential purposes and was constructed before January 1, 1962, a mobile home <br />meeting the above requirements that was constructed between January 1, 1962 and <br />June 15, 1976 and met the construction requirements of Oregon mobile home law in <br />effect at the time of construction, and a manufactured home meeting ~he above <br />requiremems. "Manufactured dwelling" does not mean any building or structure <br />constructed to conform to the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code or the One <br />and Two Family Dwelling Code adopted pursuant to ORS 455.100 to 455.450 and <br />455~610 ro 455.630 or any unk identified as a recreational vehicle by the <br />manufacturer. A manufactured home accessory building or structure includes: <br />(A) Any portable, demountable or permanent structure established for use of the <br /> occupant of the manufactured structure and as further defined by rule of the <br /> Director of the State Department of Consumer and Business Services. <br /> <br />Nursing Home. A residence, institution, or other place other than a hospital or <br />assisted care facility that operates and maintains facilities providing 24-hour <br />convalescent or chronic care, or both, for 2 or more ill or infirm patients not related to <br />the nursing home administrator or owner by blood or marriage. Convalescent and <br />chronic care may include, but need not be limited to, the procedures commonly <br />employed in nursing and caring for the sick. For purposes of determining residential <br />density, if the design of the facility does not contain dwellings, as defined in this land <br />use code, then every 1.5 beds equals 1 dwelling. Fractional dwellings shall be <br />rounded to the next highest integer, e.g. 2 beds equals 2 dwellings. <br /> <br />Parcel A unit of land that is created by the partition of land as provided for in this <br />land use code.
