Subsections (5)(f) and (13) of Section 9.2t71 of the Eugene Code, 1971, are amended to provide: 9.2171 ~ecial Commercial Zone Development Standards for Table 9.217{}. (5) The maximum f?ont yard setbacks stated in Table 9.2170 Commercial Zone Development Standards, shall apply only to new buildings and any building addition that increases the length of the building facade facing the street by at leas~ 100%. In addition, all new buildings and the portion of the development she specifically affected by the new building are subject to the requirements of this subsection.
