Section 2~ The "Mip, imum Building Setbacks" category of Table 9.2750 of the Eugene Code, <br /> <br />1971, is amended to provide: <br /> <br />9.275~} Residentigl Zone Development Standards. In addition to applicable provisions <br /> contained elsewhere in this code, the development standards listed in this section and <br /> in EC 9.2751 to EC 9.2777 shall apply to all development in residential zones.
