23 <br />EUGENE VISION ZERO <br />We understand that the entire length of a street, though included in the Vision Zero High <br />Crash Network, may not have a concerning history of serious crashes. The City will take on <br />a corridor approach to reaching Vision Zero, but we are aware that some streets noticeably <br />change context over their length. The City will focus work on those parts of streets known to <br />have concerning crash histories or have characteristics similar to areas with higher numbers <br />of serious crashes. <br />The cross section of Wilamette Street changes several times over its length from downtown to South Eugene. <br />April 10, 2019, Work Session – Item 1
