On January 6, 2003, notice of the joint Eugene City Council and Lane County Board of ., <br />Commissioners public hearing was published in The Register*Guard and, on January 10, 2003, <br />notice of the joi~t public hearing w~s mailed to those wl~0 testified before the planning <br />commissions or requested notice in writing and those v,;h° had requested to be placed on the <br />interested parties list for these amendments. <br /> <br />On January 22, 2003, the elected officials held a joint public hearing to consider approval, <br />modification, or denial of the arnendment.
