Therefore, the amendments ~re consistent with StateX~4de <br />Planning Goal 8. <br /> <br /> Goal 9, Economic De, velopment: To provide adequate opportunities throughout the <br /> state for, a variety of econo~ic activitiei-~ vital to the health, ~ve~fare, and pro~eriO/ of <br /> oreg° ~ s citizens. <br /> <br /> Application of the ND Nodal DeveloPment designation depicts an area as a nodal development <br /> area, but does not change the Underlying Metro Plan diagram designation for the proPerty' or <br /> aftbct the uses alloWed within the underlying designation.
