T~e~p~t~;d~odel <br />data ~s based on 30 priority nodes, adding the one high-Priority node in EUgene that was not <br />shown on the Transblan n~.aP~ <br /> <br />than <br /> <br /> level of service on this segment of the roadway~ <br /> <br />Based on the findings above and these model results, the proposed amendments to apply the ND <br />NOdal DeVeloPmeni Metro PIan diagram designation and ~o ~pply the/ND Nodal D~¢elopment <br />OVerlay zone Will not significantly a~fect a transportation facility.
