NOW, THEREFORE <br /> <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. In accordance with the Eugene planning commission recommendation, the street <br />name "Centermial Boulevard," extending east from Coburg Road to Interstate 5 within the city of <br />Eugene, as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto, is hereby changed to "Martin Luther King Jr. <br />Boulevard.' <br /> <br /> Section 2~ The above findings, and the findings set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto are <br />adopted in support of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The Ci~ Manager is directed to cause appropriate signs to be installed indicating <br />that Centennial Boulevard, as described in Section 1 above, is now Martin Luther King Jr. <br />Boulevard. <br /> <br /> Section 4. Certified copies of this Ordinance shall be filed with the Lane County Recorder, <br />the Lane County Assessor, and the Lane County Surveyor. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
