The foLlowing criteria shall be applied by the Cite~ Coun~l ha approving or <br />denying a Metro Plan amendment application: <br /> <br />(a) The amendment mn'st be consistent with the relevant statewide planning goals adopted <br /> by the Land Conservation and Development Commission; and <br /> <br />CrO Adoption of the amendment must not make the Metro Plan interna~y inconsistent. <br />The first SDC criterion is that the proposed amendment be consistent with-the rele3ant adop£ed <br />Statewide Goals.
