June 10, 2019, Meeting – Item 7 <br />Budget Committee The Budget Committee has four vacancies this year. Council voted to nominate two incumbents for reappointment (Jon Jasper and Ryan Moore) and to hear statements from seven new applicants. Of the new applicants, Randall Groves received enough votes to be nominated for appointment. The Council President will consider the votes cast and make a recommended nomination for the remaining seat. <br />Move to reappoint Jon Jasper to the Budget Committee for a three-year term beginning July 1, 2019, <br />and ending on June 30, 2022. <br /> <br />Move to reappoint Ryan Moore to the Budget Committee for a three-year term beginning July 1, <br />2019, and ending on June 30, 2022. <br /> <br />Move to appoint Randall Groves to the Budget Committee for an unexpired term ending on June 30, <br />2021. <br />Move to appoint __________________ to the Budget Committee for an unexpired term ending on June 30, <br />2020. <br /> <br />Civilian Review Board The Civilian Review Board has four vacancies this year. Councilors selected eight applicants to make statements; three of those applicants received enough votes to be nominated for appointment. Councilors selected the single incumbent-applicant for reappointment and three applicants to make statements. No applicant received enough votes to be nominated.
