It was also found that the wallet was not <br />handled by EPD but was transported with her son in an <br />ambulance. Sgt. spoke with RP about the findings. <br />12/31/18 1/7/19 7 Policy RP was unhappy that when he was <br />protesting in front of a downtown <br />business he was approached by an EPD <br />employee inside the establishment, <br />almost as if they were a private security. <br />Sgt. found that the business had contacted police due to the <br />protesters blocking the doorway and requested they be <br />trespassed if any of them entered the business. The protestors <br />were allowed to continue outside. EPD has the duty to protect <br />both the business and the protesters. <br />June 19, 2019, Work Session – Item 2
