<br />May 2019 Investment Package Alternatives MovingAhead <br />12 Supplemental Refinement Report <br />When looking at the criteria without regard for the investment packages, by a clear margin, the most <br />frequently chosen criterion was New Bike/Ped Access and Safety Investments (Figure 2.2).
