For <br />the 43 participants who said that Package A “Works Well” or “Works OK”, the most important criteria <br />were New Bike/Ped Access and Safety Improvements followed by Operating Cost, Capital Cost, Tree <br />Impacts, Travel Time Improvement, and Percent of Investment in Corridors with Higher Level of <br />Disadvantage Population.
